Freud Dental Terms & Conditions
Terms of Sale:
A minimum deposit of 30% is required on all large equipment orders. Balance of payment is due on scheduled delivery date or actual delivery, whichever comes first. All equipment orders are noncancelable and nonreturnable.
Ways of Payment:
Financing arrangements can be made through Freud Financial Services at 1-800-45-Freud.
Delivery and Installation:
All equipment orders requiring installation will be delivered and installed by Freud Services. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery of custom orders. We are not responsible for manufacturers' delays.
Warranty:
Freud Services will honor the full duration of each manufacturer's warranty on parts. There is a 90-day warranty on labor. All defective parts must be returned to us. Extended warranties are available at an additional cost.
Dental Price Policy:
We make every effort to maintain prices for the duration of a catalog, but we reserve the right to make price adjustments in response to manufacturers' increases.
Guaranteed Satisfaction:
If you have tried a product and it is defective or does not perform satisfactorily, we will provide a credit, exchange or refund... it's your choice. To arrange for a return, simply call our customer service department or contact your field sales consultant. The following conditions must be complied with:
All products must be returned in their original container or package, in a clean and salable condition.
All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice and a reason for the return.
Returned products must have been purchased within the previous thirty days. Any returns past thirty days are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
Please Note These Exceptions:
Equipment: Opened handpieces and equipment may be be returned for credit, but will be repaired or replaced in accordance with manufacturer warranties. Before opening handpieces and equipment, we suggest that you check the shipping container and packing list to verify that you have received exactly what you ordered.
Special Order Items: Products that we do not ordinarily stock are not returnable.
