Dear Dave,

As you know, after fifteen years with me, Susan has retired to Arizona. During the time she was with me, one of her functions was ordering supplies for the office. I have now taken over that job. A number of years ago when you first bought Freud Dental Supply, you asked me to have patience with you because the dental business was new to you. Now, when ordering supplies, I asked the same of you. I just got off the phone with Linda, which prompted this letter. I want to thank you and your wonderful staff for how helpful you have been to me during this transition. We have had many conversations over the years about the outstanding growth of your company while still maintaining the personal touch. You are an excellent business person and I have enjoyed watching you achieve a well deserved success. I don't know if you realized it, but recently when you were in you called me by my first name. I am glad that you felt comfortable to do so. I like to think of you as not just a person I order my supplies from, but as a friend. Thanks again to you and your staff. You have never let me down.
